Florida 4-hour Traffic School Course- Basic Driver Improvement (BDI)

• This course is designed for those who have not already taken a BDI course within the past year.

Florida 8-hour Intermediary Traffic School Course

• Created for individuals who have already taken a BDI course within the past year.
• Check with your court to make sure that you are eligible to take this course.

Both the Florida 4-hour (BDI) and 8-hour Traffic School Course is designed for
those drivers who:

• were a driver at fault in a crash  
• were the drivers at fault in a crash and where someone was transported to the hospital
• had two crashes in a two-year period, which resulted in property damage greater than $50

Also

• if you received a ticket for a non-criminal moving violation and do not hold a commercial driver license, you may elect to attend a basic driver improvement course in lieu of points on your driving record. *
• you may choose to attend a basic driver improvement course to receive insurance discounts. This discount is solely at the discretion of your insurance company.

Florida Mature/Senior Driving Safety Course

• In some cases, you may choose to attend a basic driver improvement course to receive insurance discounts. This discount is solely at the discretion of your insurance company.

First-Time Drivers Course (TLSAE, D.A.T.A., A.D.A.P.T.)

Our First Times Driver Course is for those who:

• have never held a regular driver license in any state, country, or jurisdiction. Proof of graduating this course must be completed before applying for a temporary driving permit (restricted driver license). 
• are under 21 years old and received a notice of suspension for driving with a Blood Alcohol Level of .02 to .05.  Completing Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education (TLSAE) is required in order to reinstate your driver license on a hardship basis.

DHSMV Exam - Online

• If you have already taken the TLSAE (also known as D.A.T.A, A.D.A.P.T. and Drivers Ed) from us, you may take your DHSMV Exam online.  Sure beats waiting in line at the DHSMV.
